I encountered the following error while using content assist in RAD 7.0.0.7.
I got around this issue by going to
Preferences>Java>Editor>Content Assist>Advanced
Check "Other Java Proposals" in Default Proposal Kinds and Content Assist cycling. Also increased the time out for fetching a parameter name from attached Javadoc to 100ms
