I had the RAD error This project needs to migrate WTP metadata in RAD 7.0.0.7 using websphere 6.1
The error was associated with the EAR folder. These are the things that worked for me
1. Refresh and clean build the associated projects in the EAR
2. Once the associated Projects are error free, refresh the EAR and select the "Build All" option
If this error is associated with a Project right click on the concerned Project and choose Validate.
